Africa

The plight of the African continent is being exploited by numerous nations, not just the nasty “European colonials” or the supposedly “neo-imperialists” from North America. Iran, China, and even jihadist groups supported by Al Qaeda are players in a series of local and regional wars that are killing hundreds of thousands of people. Should we intervene or not? How?
